Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Cartridge Stpop) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and dispatched by us. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Returns Policy

If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you don’t require the item then you must return the order within 30 daysof the original purchase date.  The cartridge must be unopened, unused and in a resellable condition.  Once received we can issue a refund or an exchange. (Distance Selling Regulations 2010)
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the full postage cost to return any unwanted items. When a refund is requested, this will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned order. A full refund minus any shipping charges paid will be issued by the same payment method as the initial order.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. Cartridge Stop cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided.

If A Product Is Faulty

If an item is faulty and you report the problem to us within 30 days from the original order date, so item can be returned for a replacement or refund. When a refund is requested, the full cost of the order including any initial paid delivery options will be issued withinin 7 days.

If your goods are damaged

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
